NCWS Felicitates with Muslim Faithful on the Celebration of Eid al-Maulud
On behalf of the National Council of Women Societies (NCWS), Nigeria, and the entire Nigerian women, I, Princess Edna D. D. Azura, National President, heartily congratulate our Muslim sisters in NCWS and across the nation, as well as the global Muslim Ummah, on the joyous occasion of Eid Maulud, the celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
This significant day reminds us of the Prophet’s exemplary life of peace, love, humility, tolerance, and devotion to humanity. It is a call for us as a nation to emulate these noble virtues in fostering unity, mutual respect, and national progress.
As women and mothers, we pray that Almighty God continues to bless our homes, communities, and country, while guiding us to live in peace and harmony. May this celebration renew our collective commitment to compassion, justice, and nation-building.
We wish all Muslim faithful a blessed and peaceful Eid al-Maulud.
